Application for Admission

To apply for ministerial/practitioner program, please enter the following information into the form below. Upon receipt of your application, the Dean of the United Divine Science Seminary will review your application. If you are accepted into the program, you will receive instructions on how to pay your tuition. Once tuition has been paid, your assigned seminary mentor will email you.
